Country Fried Steak And Gravy With Sopping Browns

This is a super easy dish. Brown some bacon and set aside. Then add brown gravy mix with recommended water. When the gravy is ready, add a half tablespoon of minced garlic and the crumbled bacon.

Add a little black pepper on you cubed steak and roll in flour (I use Kentucky Gentleman seasoned flour). Fry it up right, while browning your cheap hash browns.

Cover steak with the gravy and save them browns for sopping.
