Many foodies agree the best way to enjoy a hamburger is one seared on a hot griddle and served on a toasted bun. After preparing these “smashed” burgers, I tend to agree. All you need is ground beef (I used Black Angus) seasoned with salt and pepper. Smash’em, sear’em and top with your favorite toppings and condiments. And, butter the buns and dash with a bit of Seasoned Salt and toast.
